A beautiful fall day with a couple surrounded by their closest family & friends...what more can you ask for? Shout out to my second shooter, Justin Hadley for his hard work on this day.

I love the way you use light to do everything you want it to. Favorites: shoe shot with the window, glass bulb w/ bokeh, couple kissing with the lighted-up tree. Beautiful set!

Clearly, Blake is an incredibly talented photographer. From looking his pictures, it shows with stunning clarity that his artist eye captures tremendous life, movement and emotion in each frame. In photographing our wedding in October, he didn’t miss a moment, and carefully constructed the story of our day, from every little detail. He magnified our experience in his photographs. His pictures made this day more alive than even my own memories which is a big deal to me…you see from the pictures we are a lively bunch. : )

As someone who dreads to be photographed in general, you can imagine my discomfort in hiring a wedding photographer. The thought of cheesy plastered grins, and missing spending time with family and friends in exchange for prom-inspired wedding portraits makes me cringe even in the aftermath of the wedding. Its why I hired Blake. Its easy to see that he knows what he’s doing. Its easy to appreciate how his skillful eye sees light and motion and feelings and all those other things he sees that combine together to make us say “whoa” when we look at pictures. But, beyond all that, he is easy to work with. He helped me feel at ease with myself and my equally awkward husband. He allowed us to have fun and be ourselves. He stealthily made all this awesomeness happen while we just enjoyed our day. It was a privilege to work with him and we will most certainly hope to do it again! Thanks, Blake!

Love the eye to details, especially the shots of the wedding gown in the window and the wedding shoes on the bottom of the steps. Great wedding photography!
