Adventures With Film II | Shanghai Travel Photography
Took a work trip to Shanghai with Square Feet Studio a few weeks ago and decided to shoot some film alongside digital. I went to a film that I haven't used in years, delta ILFORD 3200. When I first used it, I loved the ability to shoot with it in little to no light, plus its grain. Loaded inside my Canon AE-1 Program, here's what I came back with. Some are underexposed, overexposed, and out of focus. But, for some reason it really doesn't bother me much. Maybe it is because I think of a film negative as a 'finished' piece. Call me crazy. Shanghai was a fascinating place, and it very much reminded me of Blade Runner. People, bikes, cars constantly merging and colliding before continuing on their way. A futuristic metropolis for sure. Check back soon for my digital post!
