Travel | Naxos, Greece
Magical Greece, it has it all - Ancient ruins, spectacular beaches, and plenty of adventure. We spent a week on the island of Naxos in the Cyclades. From there we explored the hidden beaches by ATV, wandered the narrow streets of the Chora, sailed along the coast and across the Aegean to Paros, and ventured inland to see the tiny villages & churches that dotted the mountains. And what visit to Greece is without plenty of baked feta? In addition, we cruised over to the ancient ruins of Delos before spending an afternoon on the island of Mykonos. Sunsets were best spent at the ruins of an ancient unfinished temple overlooking the town. Naxos had everything you wanted in an idyllic Greek island.
