Here's an update on Ponce City Market. The old parking deck is pretty much gone, revealing some of the elevation of the building for the first time in over 40 years. The inside has been almost completely wiped clean.

Quarry
A quarry in Birmingham, Alabama. It is still active, although it holds remnants of a once booming industry in the city. There are many places like this around Birmingham, mostly rotting away and neglected by the city. For these I decided to go with square shots with high contrast black & white processing to add to the stark nature of the steel, rock, and concrete.
